Qualification
Required
4–6 years of experience for the Am Law 50 Global Firm – M&A Associate position
1-6 years of experience for the Am Law 200 Elite Venture Firm – Corporate Associates position
Experience in sophisticated deal work within a global M&A practice for the Am Law 50 Global Firm position
Experience in venture financings and emerging technologies work, growth equity and private equity, and buy- and sell-side M&A for the Am Law 200 Elite Venture Firm position
Relocation to Atlanta is required for the Am Law 200 Elite Venture Firm position
Preferred
Relocation is preferred for the Am Law 50 Global Firm position
For the Am Law 50 Global Firm position, the firm will consider having the attorney remain in their current, major market location
