Onward Search is seeking a Print Production Lead to manage the print production process. This role involves overseeing the printing and finishing of deliverables, ensuring quality control, and managing workload capacity while guiding the print team and coordinating with vendors.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the daily workflow of print teams across two locations, ensuring timely delivery of projects

Monitor and assess the Workfront job queue and Workload Balancer to optimize team utilization and capacity

Develop and maintain strong relationships with print vendors, handling outsourcing and timely invoice processing

Preflight and prepare print-ready files using Adobe Acrobat for complex and urgent projects

Provide regular status updates and reports to the creative manager, focusing on staffing, work volume, and quality control

Serve as the primary contact for creative staff and clients, offering status updates, resolving issues, and conducting debrief sessions

Manage all phases of project management, including cost estimation, customer service, and documentation in Workfront

Ensure quality checklists are completed for every project before client delivery
