Document and analyze business processes to identify IT solutions that meet user needs
Support and troubleshoot hardware and software issues for workstations, laptops, and printers
Collaborate with clients to define requirements and ensure successful implementation of IT solutions
Facilitate business process redesign and documentation as needed
Provide training and support for standard software applications and operating systems
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in Information Technology, particularly in a manufacturing or similar environment
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision
Proficiency in configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining Microsoft PCs and software
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
Preferred
Experience with VMware and networking solutions
Familiarity with ITIL practices and methodologies
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
