New Grad, Entry Level365 Core Talent is seeking an Accounting & Finance Analyst to support their financial operations. The role involves daily bookkeeping, financial analysis, tax preparation assistance, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and improve financial processes.
Management Consulting
Responsibilities
Perform daily record-keeping and bookkeeping tasks
Perform financial analysis and prepare accurate financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
Assist in the preparation of tax returns with external tax consultant, ensuring compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations
Collaborate with internal teams to gather financial data and provide support in the preparation of budgets and forecasts
Analyze financial data and identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement
Assist in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
Conduct reconciliations of financial accounts and investigate any discrepancies or variances
Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and support external auditors during the audit process
Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management for decision-making purposes
Assist in the development and maintenance of internal controls to safeguard company assets and mitigate financial risks
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely completion of financial and tax-related projects
Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes related to accounting and taxation
Maintain organized and accurate financial records and documentation
Assist in special projects and ad hoc financial analysis as required
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (accounting and finance preferred) (Currently in the 4th semester or beyond)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Excellent communication skills
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
Proven ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines
Adaptability and willingness to learn and grow
