Responsibilities

Support the development and execution of the identity and access risk framework and assist in the identification and treatment of risks to inform management decisions. This role will act as a key liaison to translate enhanced enterprise requirements, understand associated risks, and effectively communicate these to various partners, including technology teams, while monitoring status and driving initiatives to successful completion

Perform risk assessments, data analysis, and execute the risk assessment and remediation program governance on behalf of the Commercial business. Proactively identify risks and trends and manage tasks related to proactive risk management initiatives to reduce residual risk within the business. Support the governance of risk objects (risks, issues, mitigation plans) throughout their lifecycle, including tracking documentation and ensuring timely follow-up

Partner with business, cyber, and technology teams to assess risks and identify opportunities for control/process implementation and automation

Provide support and input for IAM risk advice and discussions with stakeholders. Collaborate effectively to develop tailored, high-quality solutions while actively driving efforts to simplify processes and achieve maximum operational efficiency

Maintain many simultaneous workstreams managed through an Agile Methodology

Prepare presentations for both team and executive level reporting. Communicate scope, issues, risks, and recommendations to management (written and oral)

Use analytical skills to identify trends and opportunities to improve the risk management framework and audit and exam readiness. Maintain an up-to-date industry and technical expertise in relevant areas of risk
