Serve as the primary finance partner for multiple high-performing operating units
Deliver timely financial insights that drive growth and operational efficiency
Manage month-end close, AR/AP oversight, and revenue recognition for complex project-based work
Partner with BU leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial goals
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance
10+ years of progressive experience, ideally in a multi-entity or 'buy-and-build' environment
Strong business acumen—you understand the 'why' behind the numbers
Experience with advanced ERP systems
Preferred
CPA strongly preferred
D365 experience is a major plus
