Responsibilities
Interact with customers via phone, email, and chat to understand and resolve technical inquiries and issues
Engage in real-time problem solving, providing creative product solutions for medical and dental customer workflows
Offer step-by-step assistance to help customers configure and make the most of our SaaS product
Deliver ad-hoc training sessions to drive product adoption and enhance operational efficiency
Advise customers on best practices to improve their business operations
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3+ years in a professional setting, bonus for technical experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail
BS degree from a top university (or equivalent experience)
A passion for solving complex problems creatively
A strong desire to be part of a high-growth startup environment
