Corporate Administrator

They are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to support Human Resources, Accounting, and Executives, with opportunities for specialization and promotion within these departments.

Responsibilities
Manage and follow up on employee events – reviews, licenses, training, etc
Monitor, review and prepare payment for invoicing – ADP, Benefits, etc
Prepare and follow up on new hire background checks, orientation, onboarding
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records
Assist with various HR administrative tasks as needed
Assist with payroll
Provide backup support for AP processing when needed
Handle correspondence, maintain office supplies
Provide backup on switchboard when needed
Assist with special projects – corporate mailings, communication, events
Qualification
Required
Education: Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field
Associates degree with applicable work experience
Experience in Accounting or Human Resources is a plus
Strong proficiency with systems and data organization and analysis
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in the Bridgeville office 5 days per week (Mon-Fri)
