Thermal Works LLC is seeking a Senior Account Executive to work directly with the CEO on key customer engagements and manage strategic accounts within the data center markets. The role involves leading sales efforts for integrated cooling systems and ensuring a smooth customer experience through collaboration with various teams.

Responsibilities

Manage and grow assigned strategic data center accounts

Lead sales efforts for integrated critical cooling systems, including chillers, hydronic systems, CDUs, and containment-based air delivery solutions

Serve as the primary customer contact for technical and commercial discussions

Engage directly with customer engineering, facilities, operations, and design teams to ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience

Support customer meetings, technical reviews, and executive discussions

Develop technical and commercial proposals in coordination with engineering and product teams

Monitor market trends related to high-density computing, liquid cooling, and data center efficiency

Coordinate internally to ensure alignment between sales, engineering, and delivery teams

Travel 30-50% requirement within the US

Required

Minimum 10 years of experience in sales of data center cooling, critical infrastructure, or mechanical systems

Strong mechanical engineering background or equivalent practical experience

Demonstrated experience working with hyperscale or large-scale data center customers

Solid understanding of: Chiller plants and heat rejection systems, Hydronic distribution systems, CDU and primary/secondary loop architectures, Redundancy and reliability requirements in mission-critical environments

Ability to communicate effectively with technical, operational, and executive stakeholders

Willingness and ability to travel as required
