Financial Coordinator

Compass Health Consultants is seeking an experienced and strategic Financial Coordinator to join their payroll team. The main duties include working with the internal EHP team to identify overdue accounts and collecting premiums from clients.

Responsibilities

Train EHP clients on how to pay their bills online as needed
Follow-up with clients when they are behind on their payments
Answer clients' questions regarding the breakdown of their invoice
Assist with other finance related duties in the Paylogix system
Lead virtual training meetings with clients
Assist the Finance Department as needed for other finance related functions such as enter agent data and payroll amounts into payroll systems, answer agent inquiries via both email and phone, assist with relevant projects and duties as needed, while maintaining deadlines

Required

Experience as a Financial Coordinator or similar role
Ability to work with internal teams and clients
Strong communication skills to answer client inquiries
Experience with online payment systems
Ability to train clients on financial processes
Experience with finance-related duties in a payroll system
Ability to maintain deadlines while working independently
