The intern will assist in the design and planning of buildings and spaces within residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments, collaborating with architects and engineers to ensure functional and compliant designs.

Helping with site analysis
Creating architectural drawings and models
Assisting with conceptual designs
Drafting floor plans, elevations, and other technical documents
Collaborating with architects and engineers to ensure designs are functional, aesthetically pleasing, and compliant with zoning laws and regulations
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and other discipline specific software
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Products
