Responsibilities

Lead the store operations and are responsible for achieving overall performance goals including sales, customer service, product quality, and staff development

Encourage creativity in hiring great associates, in marketing HoneyBaked and in community outreach

Execute a business plan and manage the P&L effectively

Increase sales and build relationships in the community

Identify and develop talent, including hiring seasonal workers

Current GM from a retail or restaurant environment

Valid driver's license
