Own complex calendar management, scheduling, and prioritization to ensure the Managing Partner is prepared, focused, and always one step ahead
Coordinate seamless domestic and international travel, handling logistics with precision and discretion
Prepare the executive for meetings through briefing materials, agendas, notes, and proactive follow-ups
Manage expenses, reimbursements, and administrative details with accuracy and efficiency
Serve as a trusted thought partner, anticipating needs and supporting the executive across meetings, initiatives, and day-to-day operations
