The Service Manager supports the LD Solution Research team by driving the discovery, development, and delivery of learning and development solutions for pharmaceutical clients, combining client engagement, solution research, and advisory services.

Responsibilities

Work with L&D and research teams to support and execute client-focused research programs aimed at delivering innovative L&D solutions

Identify unmet L&D needs in the pharmaceutical sector and drive the development or improvement of relevant solutions

Participate in planning, supporting L&D solution design, and standardizing content for client-facing deliverables

Contribute to proposal presentations, solution documentation, and maintaining a knowledge base of best practices

Capture and process client requirements, collect data, and deliver client-specific research and benchmarking reports

Ensure timely completion and delivery of all client-facing L&D deliverables, implementing project management best practices

Monitor project timelines, milestones, and client commitments to ensure satisfaction and value delivery

Provide ongoing client engagement and support for advisory services, including post-project follow-up, tailored insights, and on-demand consultative services

Produce and present research findings, benchmarking insights, and recommendations for client summits, workshops, or webinars

Serve as the primary contact between clients and operational teams to maximize solution value and ensure that research findings are practical and actionable

Support the design and quality control of client-executive deliverables, including insight briefs, presentations, and content reviews

Create and deliver accurate, data-driven L&D solutions using advanced analytics and learning research methods

Identify trends, synthesize insights, and provide actionable recommendations based on industry data, benchmarking surveys, and solution performance

Enhance analytics and benchmarking tools/automation to improve accuracy, speed, and client value

Serve as the subject matter expert for research databases, identifying opportunities for deeper client impact and solution refinement

Required

Bachelor's degree required; areas of focus such as Life Sciences, Education, Organizational Development, Computer Science/ Systems or Learning Technology or related field

3–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical L&D, research, benchmarking, or solution design; experience in a research or advisory setting preferred

Prior client experience and demonstrated engagement expertise required

Demonstrated track record of managing research projects and designing/delivering L&D solutions for the pharmaceutical industry

Experience in survey design/implementation, benchmarking analysis, and translating research into client solutions

Proficiency with analytical and presentation tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Tableau, and research databases

Excellent verbal/written communication skills, with proven experience presenting to client executives and stakeholders

Comfort interfacing with all client organization levels and working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment

Strong consulting, problem-solving, and time management skills; ability to organize complex findings into clear, actionable client recommendations
