Albertsons Companies is a leading food and drug retailer in the U.S. seeking highly experienced Oracle HCM Senior Engineers to lead and innovate in the implementation of various HCM modules. The role involves collaborating with business teams, providing technical expertise, and ensuring compliance and data integrity in HCM solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end implementation of Oracle HCM modules, including configuration, customization, and integration with other systems ensuring alignment with requirements and industry best practices

Collaborate closely with business and product teams to understand their needs and provide expert guidance on Oracle HCM capabilities and best practices

Provide technical expertise ensuring high-quality delivery and adherence to project timelines. Be able to do POCs to demonstrate the capabilities

Lead and maintain integration between Oracle HCM and third-party systems (e.g., ERP, payroll providers). Oversee data migration activities, ensuring accuracy and data integrity

Ensure solutions comply with relevant regulations and security standards, implementing necessary controls and measures

Continuously identify opportunities to optimize processes for efficiency and accuracy

Address and resolve technical issues related to implementations, providing ongoing support and maintenance

Create and maintain detailed documentation of configurations, customizations, and deployment processes

Required

Hands-on implementation experience with Oracle HCM with expertise in core HR and any other 2+ modules like Recruiting, Benefits, Payroll

5+ years of overall experience with HCM/HR solutions

Strong understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud modules and implementation methodologies

Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with Flex Fields, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, HDL, and OTBI. Proficiency in integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or other middleware tools. VBCS, Redwood and understanding of Agentic AI

Functional Knowledge: Deep knowledge of HR processes and any other modules

Experience with conversion, data migration and integration tools

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field

Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders
