They are seeking a high-energy Testing Technician who will be responsible for following procedures, setting up tests, and executing tests while utilizing tools such as LabVIEW and spreadsheets to communicate with customers.

Required

Candidates must show a willingness to learn on and off the job with a desire for continual improvement of themselves and their workplace

The candidate must show good attention to detail as well as a strong ability to follow written and verbal instructions

We need HIGH energy candidates

The candidate must know how to use a scientific calculator understand addition, subtraction, multiplication, trigonometry, and some basic algebra

You must be able to lift 45lbs to chest level

You must be prepared to stand during work hours

The candidate must be prepared to solve problems with the help of shop leadership

Good communications skills are necessary

The candidate must be able to demonstrate they are mechanically inclined and know how to use or can learn how to use basic tools such as socket wrenches

You must understand how to use spreadsheets, word processor, and some experience with LabVIEW or a similar programming environment

You must understand how a multimeter works, and how to use it

How to wire instrumentation such as pressure transducers and thermocouples

You will be expected to follow procedures, setup tests, and execute tests

To do this you must utilize LabVIEW, spreadsheets and word processors to update testing and communicate with customers
