Responsibilities
Key point of contact for Luxottica’s After Sales Packaging Material
Ensure inventory accuracy in packaging inventory management system (Canvas)
Place packaging material orders in a timely manner to meet demand
Receive and put away material in a timely manner
Provide accurate and organized email communication to stakeholders
Communicate with the After Sales leadership on status, results and issues
Flexible to support the business needs; trouble shoot and resolve issues
Streamline work flow and identifies improvement opportunities
Achieve Key Performance Indicators
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED
6+ months experience in a distribution center environment
Excellent communication skills and organization
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook and Access
Attention to detail
Able to work under deadline request
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Self-motivated
Excellent mathematical aptitude
Ability to multi-task and flex between roles
Ability to work flexible hours and overtime as requested
High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred
Knowledge of SAP Warehouse Management System
Intermediate/Advanced knowledge of Excel
Basic knowledge of Access
Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or industry equivalent
