Responsibilities

Follows up on new leads to conduct meetings and utilize the virtual presentation in order to maximize the prospects client experience

Analyzes the customer needs and interests, determines which products are appropriate and referring to appropriate division when necessary

Maintain availability for transferred calls through SurePayroll sales line to maximize connection rate and optimize prospective client’s experience

Assisting customer in submitting accurate new business paperwork and weekly activity reports by agreed upon dates set by Sales management to assist with forecasting

Achieve technical, competitive and sales skill knowledge. Competency is measured by the successful attainment of objectives and performance within SurePayroll

Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints

Projecting a positive image in representing SurePayroll to clients and the community
