Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of your shift

Be the second in command of a million-dollar business

Accountable for everything that happens within your shift, including People, Operations, Sales, or Profits

Ensure the safety, training, and culture of your team

Follow ALL policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew

Operate all equipment

Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler

Prepare product

Receive and process telephone orders

Take inventory and complete associated paperwork

Clean equipment and facility approximately daily
