Client Sales & Support Specialist

The Client Sales & Support Specialist role involves proactive outreach, education, and ongoing support to veterinary clinics, focusing on implementing and optimizing payment solutions. Responsibilities include building relationships, conducting outreach, hosting training sessions, and analyzing performance data.

Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with partner veterinary clinics
Conduct outbound phone and email outreach, including cold calling
Re-engage clinics and support increased use of payment plans
Host virtual onboarding and training sessions
Analyze clinic performance data and provide guidance
Collaborate with internal teams across sales, operations, and support
Provide phone support to pet owners as needed
Represent VetBilling at tradeshows and events
Qualification
Required
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Comfort with proactive outreach and KPI-based work
Experience in client-facing roles (sales support, customer success, account management)
Ability to analyze data and solve problems
Comfortable leading Zoom-based trainings
Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and Zoom
Preferred
prior veterinary clinic experience
familiarity with Salesforce, Slack, or VOIP systems
