Responsibilities
Inspect finished products for defects, damage, or inconsistencies according to quality standards
Use measuring tools, visual checks, and other methods to verify product quality
Identify and report non-conforming materials or products to the appropriate supervisor
Package approved products neatly and securely for shipment or storage
Label packaging accurately according to customer or internal specifications
Follow safety, and quality procedures at all times
Collaborate with production staff to ensure timely order fulfillment
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Assist in training new team members on quality and packing procedures as needed
Qualification
Required
Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality
Ability to read and interpret work instructions, labels, and product specifications
Basic math and computer skills for recordkeeping and labeling
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
Willingness to cross-train and support other areas as needed
