Office Manager

APPS - American Para Professional Systems, Inc. is the nation's largest paramedical exam company serving the life insurance industry, and they are seeking an Office Manager for their Concord, NH office. In this role, you will maintain client accounts, support the Regional Director, oversee customer requests, and assist in recruiting medical examiners while ensuring compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

You will maintain current client accounts
Support the Regional Director and be responsible for overseeing that all customer requests or issues are handled timely and professionally and that proper administration of the company’s policies and procedures are adhered to
You will also be helping in recruiting of medical examiners to perform insurance and clinical exams in the area
Will ensure compliance with all OSHA & HIPPA regulations

Required

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and self-starter with the ability to conduct daily activities with minimal supervision
Customer service focus
Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
Must be able to develop and train subordinates for current and future job responsibilities
Strong MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) skills and experience
