National Account Manager, Impact Glazing

The National Account Manager for Impact Glazing will drive sales growth and manage key accounts while collaborating with product development teams to deliver innovative glazing solutions.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with national and strategic accounts, including general contractors, glaziers, architects, and major distributors
Serve as the main point of contact, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
Monitor account performance, resolve escalated issues, and implement corrective actions as needed
Identify new business opportunities in hurricane/impact glazing and related product lines
Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share in commercial windows, doors, curtain walls, storefronts, and specialty glazing products
Collaborate with regional sales, estimating, and customer service teams to deliver seamless project support
Work closely with OBE and CRL product development teams to relay customer feedback, market trends, and code/regulatory requirements
Participate in new product launches, pilot programs, and beta testing, providing market insights and training support
Assist in creating technical documentation, specifications, and sales tools for new and existing impact glazing solutions
Track sales metrics, forecasts, and pipeline activity using CRM and reporting tools
Analyze market data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for growth

Required

Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred
10+ years of national account management experience in commercial building materials, glazing, or fenestration industry
Proven track record in sales growth and strategic account management
Deep understanding of impact glazing systems, codes, and commercial construction practices
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
Experience working with product development or technical teams
Proficiency in CRM and sales reporting tools
Willingness to travel nationally as required
