Prepare application packets
Plan, shop, and host monthly resident events
Fill out/send landlord verifications
Check voicemail & distribute messages to team
Prepare annual and interim recertification packets
Enter/complete work orders in the database
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required

Ability to assist the Property Manager in effectively managing administrative responsibilities
Ensure satisfaction of residents and prospects
Experience with filing
Ability to prepare/type/post notices to tenants
Ability to prepare move in packets
Ability to prepare application packets
Ability to plan, shop, and host monthly resident events
Ability to fill out/send landlord verifications
Ability to check voicemail & distribute messages to team
Ability to prepare annual and interim recertification packets
