Responsibilities
Handle all finance and accounting related matters to private equity funds
Report all daily accounting activity in system
Help with preparation of financial statements
Work with capital allocations
Build out reports for investor meetings
Work with investor relations to provide portfolio financial information
Monitor all cash activity including reconciliations
Work with different departments of firm including compliance for legal documentation
Prepare and report on all investor calls
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
2-5 years experience in public accounting or alternative investment firm
Strong GAAP knowledge
Excellent Excel skills
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work with upper management and interface with all departments
Preferred
Experience with private equity
