They are seeking a Director, Technical Accounting Success who will work directly with strategic customers to implement financial accounting products and collaborate internally on strategic projects to help the company scale. Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service, product assistance, training, and consultative solutions to our customer’s close management, financial planning and analysis, and accounting operational goals

Own strategic scaling projects: Every operations team member at Auxilius owns outcomes for improving the way our company delivers to our customers, so you will own strategic projects that help us scale as we grow

Drive Customer Success Outcomes: Drive increased engagement and customer satisfaction for new and existing customers

Oversee timely and successful customer onboarding, enablement, and training in collaboration with Business Analysts and Sales Team to help customers realize the business value of our offerings

To become a customer advocate and liaison between customers and Product and Engineering to ensure customer needs are reflected and/or sufficiently prioritized on product roadmaps

Be a problem solver who thinks outside of the box when faced with high-severity client requests or escalations

Identify and implement continuous process improvement opportunities to drive scalability and refine our internal playbooks
