Responsibilities

Lead the Plant Engineering and Maintenance functions to ensure equipment, facilities, and systems operate safely and efficiently
Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, quality, delivery, and cost metrics
Manage and develop a high-performing maintenance team to deliver timely, quality results
Oversee project management, including capital budgets and project execution, ensuring alignment with financial goals
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production line availability and support food safety and quality standards

Required

B.S. degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or a related field
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with plant leadership experience
Proven project management skills and experience in a manufacturing setting, preferably in CPG or food manufacturing
Strong knowledge of equipment reliability, asset care strategies, and continuous improvement methodologies
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills with a focus on safety and quality compliance
