Responsibilities
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing timely, professional, and courteous service
Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and follow-up, answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and direct requests appropriately
Proactively utilizing available technology and tools to support efficient and effective time management; Able to assist FAs in organizing and implementing productivity-based campaigns; Knowledgeable, in accordance with established policies, of all firm technology necessary to provide quick responses to FA and client inquiries
Connecting with others in a way that fosters trust and creates collaborative relationships; Able to anticipate potential issues and/or problems and alert respective FA and/or Branch Management as necessary
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
Strong client service orientation with professional verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, ACT)
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Ability to work 5 days a week in person
Preferred
Prior office experience preferred but not required
Series 7, 63 and 65, or 66 preferred or if unlicensed able to obtain licensing within twelve months from date of hire
Prior office or client service experience preferred
