Responsibilities
Manage daily and outage based service work for assigned industrial accounts
Handle and assist with chemical cleaning using degreasers, caustics, and acids
Build, lead, and manage a crew of 4 to 8 employees
Ensure customer needs, schedules, and expectations are met
Maintain strict safety standards related to PPE, site safety, and chemical handling
Assist with mechanical tasks including basic repairs to pumps, hoses, and equipment
Communicate professionally with customers regarding schedules, needs, and opportunities
Travel to other customer sites as needed, including occasional weekends or holidays
Qualification
Required
Willingness to work hands on and perform physically demanding tasks
Mechanically inclined with basic equipment repair skills
Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
Positive, solution driven mindset
Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety protocols
Drug free workplace. Pre employment and random drug testing required
Preferred
Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
Paper mill experience is a plus but not required
