High Rise Financial LLC is a fast-growing financial and medical liens company. They are seeking an Accounts Payable/Bookkeeper to manage accounts payable functions, ensure timely payments, and maintain financial accuracy.

Responsibilities

Manage accounts payable functions, including processing invoices, verifying transactions, and reconciling accounts

Ensure accurate and timely processing of payments to vendors and suppliers

Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies

Prepare and process employee expense reports and reimbursements

Maintain confidentiality of financial information and exercise discretion in handling sensitive data

Required

Accounts payable and reconciliation experience necessary

Must live within 20 miles from our office (Zip Code 90025)

Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks or similar programs

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial recordkeeping

Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Solid understanding of accounts payable processes, including invoice processing, payment processing, and reconciliation

Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
