Responsibilities

Dive deep into financial analysis reviews for commercial loan requests

Scrutinize historical operating performance, identifying strengths and weaknesses that shape lending decisions

Collaborate closely with credit managers and loan officers, reporting findings and ensuring timely follow-ups on recommendations

Independently prepare loan packages, recommending either approval or denial based on assessments

Influence key financial decisions while contributing to clients' success stories

Required

Bachelor's degree in a business or finance field required, including specific courses in accounting, finance, and real estate

Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines

Analytical, organizational, and problem-solving ability

High attention to detail and proofreading and editing skills

Professional written & verbal communication skills

Working knowledge of various word processing and spreadsheet software

Preferred

Credit Analyst 1: Commercial loan underwriting experience is preferred

Credit Analyst 2: typically 3+ years experience in commercial credit analysis or lending
