They are seeking a part-time Accounts Payable Coordinator to manage the processing of foreign vendor invoices and support daily accounts payable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments.

Responsibilities

Process approximately 400-600 invoices per month including coding and approval verification

Manage and prioritize invoices to ensure they are paid timely and accurately

Calculate invoice discounts for terms and/or other deductions

Process electronic payments on a weekly basis

Reconcile vendor statements

Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries in a timely manner

Reconcile A/P sub ledger to General ledger

Produce monthly reports to assist with month end close

Maintain accounts payable files

Other duties as assigned
