Responsibilities
Handle labor and employment litigation matters from inception through resolution
Represent clients in wage and hour, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, and related employment claims
Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery requests and responses
Participate in depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials as needed
Manage client relationships and provide strategic legal guidance
Collaborate with colleagues on case strategy and firm-wide initiatives
Qualification
Required
J.D. from an accredited law school
Active California Bar membership in good standing
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment while remaining collaborative and responsive
Preferred
2+ years of labor and employment litigation experience in California preferred
