Lead and strategize growth & performance by using data and insight to set goals and deliver measurable results
Build and inspire high-performing teams by creating a culture where service goes beyond transactions
Engage with the local community and strengthen relationships with local partners
Manage daily branch operations with a keen eye for detail and compliance, striving for continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
5+ years in banking sales/service roles and an entrepreneurial spirit with experience creating strategies for business growth
5+ years of management experience (6+ employees)
3+ years in business development and community engagement
