Sr Analyst, Pricing
PayPal has been revolutionizing commerce globally for more than 25 years. This role will work with Sales, Product, Finance, and other teams to help commercialize the suite of solutions across major strategic customers and partners, requiring a strong understanding of payments and fintech.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with internal teams to influence the quality and efficiency of pricing processes
Analyze pricing data and market trends to provide actionable insights for decision-making
Oversee team performance and prioritize work to ensure timely completion of pricing initiatives
Develop reports and presentations to communicate pricing strategies and outcomes to stakeholders
Explore alternative solutions to pricing challenges and recommend appropriate actions
Qualification
Required
3+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience
Strong understanding of payments / fintech
Ability to negotiate
Ability to navigate complex commercial models (pricing, demand elasticity, monetization, P/L construction, etc.)
Ability to take on complex problem statements
Ability to collaborate across the company to build the right commercial frameworks & solutions
Ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership
Preferred
Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
