Required
Strong hands-on experience with PLC, DCS, HMI, SCADA, and PAC systems, with a primary focus on Rockwell Automation platforms
Proficient in electrical schematics, control panel design, and P&ID development
Experience working with industrial instrumentation, control valves, and process analyzers
Solid understanding of process safety and combustion safety principles
Working knowledge of industrial networking, OT cybersecurity, and network architecture
Practical experience with AC/DC variable frequency drives (VFDs), including Allen-Bradley PowerFlex and Siemens SINAMICS
Familiarity with applicable industry codes and standards (UL, CE, IEC, ISA, etc.)
8+ years of experience in automation engineering
3+ years of experience using AutoCAD
Proficient in industrial control applications, programming software, and databases
Demonstrated leadership potential, with the ability to grow into managing an automation team
Preferred
Experience leading automation project teams or engineering groups
Proven success in commissioning, startup, and troubleshooting of automation systems
Deep knowledge of Rockwell (Allen-Bradley) and Siemens control platforms
Background in heavy industry or manufacturing environments, particularly steel or metals
