Responsibilities

Lead the comprehensive administration of employee benefit programs, including health, ancillary, retirement, paid time off, wellness, and leave of absence programs

Manage the annual open enrollment process end-to-end, including renewals, negotiations, enrollment processing, and the preparation and delivery of employee communications

Ensure compliance with all applicable federal and state laws and regulations by maintaining documentation, policies, and a strict compliance schedule
