Responsibilities

Produce and deliver timely and accurate client reports for MIM’s portfolios and funds

Effectively answer ad-hoc and/or follow-up questions from clients, investors, and internal partners

Lead the client onboarding, offboarding, and change management process

Lead projects to achieve efficiencies and improve existing processes

Required

Excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail

Demonstrated record of success in servicing institutional clients or funds

Exceptional multi-tasking and time management skills

Proficiency with all Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)

Capable of thriving in a fast paced, dynamic environment

Preferred

Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance

Relevant experience in Financial Services or Investment Management industry

Experience with Aladdin, Salesforce and Vermilion a plus
