Responsibilities
Perform daily reconciliations across hundreds of funds, identifying and resolving breaks
Research and escalate issues to appropriate teams in a timely manner
Collaborate with peers and managers to ensure accuracy and timeliness of deliverables
Adapt to multiple shifts and evolving priorities driven by offshore handoffs and market volume
Qualification
Required
3–6 years of mutual fund accounting experience
Strong reconciliation expertise with proven ability to analyze and resolve breaks
Demonstrated success working under pressure with tight deadlines
Flexibility with work hours (shifts starting at 8 AM, 9 AM, or 10 AM EST)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Experience with Eagle or Geneva platforms
Background at a large financial institution (e.g., JPMorgan)
