Responsibilities

Lead the creative vision and execution of complex outdoor audio and lighting projects
Build and mentor an incredible design team—celebrate wins, coach through challenges, create a culture people love
Partner with other leaders and departments to push innovative strategies forward
Set crystal-clear goals, define roles, and make sure everyone knows what success looks like
Leverage cutting-edge tools to streamline workflows and blow clients away with your deliverables
Get out in the field 15-20% of the time—visit sites, attend events, lead trainings, stay connected to the real work

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in design (or equivalent real-world experience that proves you know your stuff)
10+ years crushing it in design, sales, and team leadership
Serious skills with design tools: AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Adobe Creative Suite, 3D Vista, 3Ds Max, Lumion, Keyshot, Blender, Unreal—you know the drill
A track record of hitting sales goals and growing business through genuine customer relationships
Natural leadership abilities—you develop talent, manage budgets, and hold people (including yourself) accountable
Team player mentality with the technical expertise to support other departments when needed
Sharp analytical mind, killer communication skills, and grace under pressure
Organizational superpowers and the ability to juggle multiple priorities without breaking a sweat

Preferred

Experience with AI-driven design workflows
Deep knowledge of outdoor audio/lighting systems
