Responsibilities

Design and own enterprise-scale data integration architectures across multi-cloud environments (OCI, AWS, Azure)
Define technology-agnostic integration patterns that decouple business logic from underlying data platforms
Architect solutions that seamlessly support batch, micro-batch, and event-driven pipelines
Embed security-first principles into all designs, including PII masking, data protection, and Zero-Trust access models
Establish standards for enterprise observability, enabling real-time visibility into data health, latency, quality, and lineage
Serve as the technical bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams, translating complex requirements into scalable architectures
Provide architectural leadership and governance across delivery teams to ensure consistency, quality, and long-term sustainability

Qualification

Required

10+ years of experience designing and delivering large-scale data platforms, preferably in highly regulated industries (Finance, Healthcare, Insurance)
Deep expertise with Informatica IDMC
Strong experience across at least one major cloud platform (OCI, AWS, or Azure)
Advanced knowledge of Canonical Data Modeling and Event-Driven Architecture (Kafka or equivalent)
Proven experience applying DataOps and CI/CD principles to data integration
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders
