Responsibilities

Perform industry and company research to support client engagements
Analyze financial statements and build complex financial models to assess business performance and transaction scenarios
Execute valuation analyses and analyze data sets to inform strategic decision-making
Prepare marketing materials such as pitch books, teasers, confidential information memorandums, and management presentations
Attend calls and/or on-site meetings to support transaction processes

Required

Pursuing a BA/BS in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline
Demonstrated interest in financial services

Collaborative team player with strong work ethic and entrepreneurial focused on growth
Must be eligible to work in the US, without employer sponsorship, at the time of hire and in the future

Preferred

Strong academic record of at least a 3.5
Relevant internship or extracurricular experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Venture Capital, or relatable fields
