Responsibilities

Provides program management support, with a focus on Vendor Management (VMS), including oversight of the Locum Tenens Life Cycle

Provides technical oversight with systems to overcome any obstacles

Manages contract negotiation, strategic sourcing, and assists in achieving enterprise standardization

Delivers financial reporting & data analytics to stakeholders along with presentations

Collaborates with executive leadership and key stakeholders to drive process and program optimization

Leads change management while driving process improvement and operational efficiency

Provides oversight with Managed Service Agreements (MSA)

Qualification

Project Management ProfessionalVendor Management SystemLocum Tenens experienceTechnical ProficiencyLeadership/Management experience

Required

High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management

Project Mgmt Professional License

Preferred

5 or more years of Locum Tenens experience strongly preferred

Experience working with Locums through a large, complex health care system strongly preferred

Expertise with a Vendor Management System strongly preferred

Technical Proficiency is a must
