Responsibilities

Coordinate day-to-day deal traffic from origination relationships and independently manage the workflow of evaluating and structuring potential lending opportunities

Participate in production meetings with the origination team and senior management to discuss deal status, overall deal flow, and market conditions

Provide proactive relationship management and exceptional customer support to covered accounts and potential transaction partners

Evaluate debt offering memorandums for commercial real estate transactions, research key real estate and economic market data, and prepare summaries including complex real estate financial modeling. Present findings to origination team leaders and senior management

Coordinate and manage external due diligence resources and information sources

Assist underwriting, legal, asset management, and other teams in due diligence, securitization, and other activities as needed

Required

1–5 years of experience in commercial real estate or financial analysis

Basic knowledge of real estate, mortgage, accounting, and finance principles

Strong organizational, interpersonal, quantitative, writing, and communication skills; capable of interfacing with clients, including senior executives

Self-motivated, team-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines

Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills; able to analyze both qualitative and quantitative information

Independent worker with a collaborative mindset

Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline

Intermediate proficiency in Outlook and Excel

Working knowledge of economic and real estate market information sources
