Responsibilities
Prepare new quality agreements with external suppliers and clients in alignment with organizational standards
Update, review, and maintain existing quality agreements to ensure continued regulatory compliance
Upload and manage quality agreements within the designated document repository
Develop and maintain standardized quality agreement templates to support alignment and consistency
Ensure all activities comply with organizational policies, procedures, and applicable regulations
Adhere to Good Practice requirements, safety standards, and internal standard operating procedures
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a scientific or related field
Experience in supplier quality management and development of quality agreements
Working knowledge of quality systems and regulatory requirements including current Good Manufacturing Practices and global regulatory standards
Proficiency with word processing and standard business software applications
Strong written and verbal communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
High attention to detail with strong grammar, spelling, and documentation accuracy
Preferred
Experience supporting quality activities within a regulated pharmaceutical or biotechnology environment
Familiarity with document management systems used in quality organizations
