Corporate and Community Development Intern

Children's Hospital Colorado is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Corporate and Community Development- Summer Intern to support their events and volunteer engagement efforts. This paid internship offers hands-on experience in event planning, logistics, and community outreach.

Responsibilities

Logistics & Materials Management: Pulling and organizing event items, scheduling couriers, conducting warehouse runs, and managing inventory of printed materials
Event Staffing & Execution: Supporting evening, weekend, and internal events (setup, greeting volunteers/vendors, cleanup, assisting with tours)
Post-Event Follow-Up: Sending volunteer letters, entering "Just Ask Children’s" data, counting/organizing returned giveaways
Administrative & Research Support: Researching volunteer activities, sourcing raffle prizes/discounts, and finding corporate contact information
Content & Outreach: Creating PowerPoint presentations for young students on hospital careers, conducting venue/vendor outreach, and compiling proposals

Required

Must currently be enrolled in an accredited college or university
Must have completed first year of program
Area of Study: Communications, Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing & Public Relations or similar
