Responsibilities
Provide general support to sales teams, addressing questions and resolving blockers to facilitate smooth campaign launches
Support sales enablement initiatives and collaborate with operations, legal, and compliance teams to resolve issues and support campaign execution
Lead and help formalize pre-launch activities for the Lifestyle organization, including supporting the Experiential team with key pre-event screening processes to ensure compliance and readiness for major events
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, operations, marketing, legal, and compliance teams to streamline processes, drive operational improvements, and support campaign execution
Identify, recommend, and implement process and product enhancements to improve efficiency, compliance, and overall operational excellence
Support training and enablement initiatives to optimize Salesforce usage and drive adoption
Maintain data integrity and ensure accurate information is captured in Salesforce for compliance and reporting needs
Participate in process improvement projects to drive operational excellence
Adapt to changing priorities and operate effectively in ambiguous situations
Qualification
Required
4+ years' experience in sales operations, event operations, sales enablement, or a related field
Proficiency in Salesforce
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with internal teams
Analytical skills to assess opportunity management and campaign readiness
Preferred
Experience supporting sales teams in a regulated or compliance-driven environment
Familiarity with legal and compliance processes related to sales operations
Experience in campaign or project launch coordination
Proficiency with project management tools and techniques
