Skilled in building, validating, and evaluating models, with a strong grasp of performance metrics and techniques such as classification, clustering, time series analysis, sentiment analysis, and deep learning
Comfortable working with large, complex datasets, integrating data from diverse sources, and extracting insights through deep data understanding
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Analytics, or a related field) with 5+ years of professional experience in data analytics
Master's degree in a quantitative field or an MBA with a quantitative focus plus 3+ years of data analytics experience
PhD in a quantitative or closely related discipline

Demonstrated expertise in advanced model optimization techniques such as fine-tuning, parameter-efficient approaches (e.g., LoRA/QLoRA), reinforcement learning, or preference optimization
