Conduct qualitative and quantitative research
Track experience metrics
Collaborate across Product, Design, and Engineering
Design and run studies
Build and validate rapid prototypes
Translate findings into actionable strategies that influence roadmaps and investments
Standardize measurement and automate reporting
Champion customer-centric design
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program majoring in IT Management, Computer Science, Graphic Design, or a related field with a graduation date of Winter 2027 or beyond
Previous experience conducting UX Research
Exposure to AI design, preferrable with Figma Make
Proactive, problem solver, solution oriented
Experience working on SaS - journey mapping and end-to-end experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Excellent communication skills, ability and willingness to tackle complex problems
