Provide prompt and professional technical support to end-users via phone, email, or remote access tools, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues effectively
Manage computer systems and peripherals, including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices, ensuring optimal performance
Assist users with operating systems such as Windows and macOS, resolving software conflicts and configuration problems
Support computer networking tasks including LAN (Local Area Network), VPN (Virtual Private Network), firewall configurations, and connectivity issues
Conduct software troubleshooting for applications like Microsoft Office suite and other enterprise tools to resolve user-reported issues swiftly
Maintain and update computer hardware components and peripherals to ensure reliability and security within the IT infrastructure
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in IT support or help desk roles with a strong focus on customer service excellence
Solid understanding of operating systems including Windows, macOS, and Linux environments
Hands-on experience with computer management tools and techniques for hardware/software troubleshooting
Knowledge of computer networking concepts such as LAN/WAN architecture, VPN setup, firewall management, and network security protocols
Ability to communicate technical information clearly and effectively to non-technical users
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple support requests simultaneously
